From the minute we arrived until we left the experience of staying in the Suite at Il San Carlo exceeded our expectations.
Not only is the appartement extremely beautiful with endless views, it was also spotlessly clean and well equipped.
I cannot say enough about the impeccable communication between the owners and support staff. It just couldn’t have been any better. Restaurant recommendations and travel advice were spot on.
While there we spent the majority of our time on the huge outdoor area. It’s fully equipped with an outdoor kitchen, lounge furniture and shower.
The motorized gazebo shutters helped block the wind on windy days.
I’ve stayed in a lot of nice apartments and AirBNBs but this was by far the nicest and best managed . We did not want to leave.
Thanks to Carlo and his staff for providing us with a wonderful experience. I hope that we get the opportunity to stay there again.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Ferienwohnung war makellos sauber, top ausgestattet und die Dachterrasse ein absoluter Traum, perfekt zum Entspannen. Carlo ist ein großartiger Gastgeber, der sich herzlich um seine Gäste kümmert und viele tolle Tipps zu Restaurants, Stränden und Ausflügen gibt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder!
Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso! L'appartamento era perfettamente pulito, ben attrezzato e la terrazza sul tetto un sogno assoluto, perfetto per rilassarsi. Carlo è un ottimo padrone di casa che si prende cura dei suoi ospiti e dà un sacco di ottimi consigli su ristoranti, spiagge ed escursioni. Ci siamo sentiti completamente a nostro agio e ci torneremo volentieri!

Großartige Anlage. Wir waren mit 11 Personen da. Super Lage. Klasse Vermieter und tolles Personal dass sich um die Anlage kümmert. Selten so ein gepflegtes und sauberes Haus gemietet. Wir kommen wieder!

Il San Carlo is the most beautiful villa we have had the pleasure of staying in! The suite is absolutely amazing! It is exceptionally clean, and the view of the mountains and the Ionian Sea is incredible. The villa also has a pristine pool that adds to the overall experience!
Perfect location! Local restaurants are just a quick walk away, and being situated on the eastern coast means it's not a long drive if you wish to explore further north or south.
Carlo is a wonderful host. He truly goes above and beyond for his guests. Upon our arrival, we were warmly greeted by Tiziana, who quickly became like family. My husband and I were on our honeymoon, and Carlo provided us with fantastic restaurant recommendations and activities. He even made reservations on our behalf! Whenever we had questions or needed assistance, he was promptly available via phone or text.
I can’t recommend this place highly enough. Thank you for a wonderful stay & honeymoon—we can’t wait to return! Alla prossima

Location meravigliosa, letteralmente a due passi dal mare e con piscina privata d’acqua di mare. La villa è semplicemente perfetta: tutto è studiato al meglio. Lussuosa e confortevole, sempre pulitissima e ricca di comodità. Bagni en suite, terrazzi con vista mozzafiato e giardini citatissimi completano la proprietà.
La ciliegina sulla torta è Carlo, l’host: cortese, accogliente, sempre disponibile ed incredibilmente amichevole. Una fucina inesauribile di supporto e consigli, la guida perfetta per le meraviglie presenti nell’area di Avola.
Se avete in cuore una visita in zona posso assicurare che non è possibile trovare di meglio.

We had the most amazing stay at this villa right on the beach! The location is unbeatable — waking up to the sound of the waves and having the beach just a few steps away felt like paradise. The pool was absolutely fantastic and became our favorite hangout spot after a day in the sun. The rooms were spacious, beautifully maintained, and super comfortable. The service was outstanding throughout our stay — every detail was taken care of with warmth and professionalism. Communication was smooth and easy from start to finish, which made everything stress-free. I stayed here with friends and we couldn’t have asked for a better place. Truly a perfect getaway especia
