As a company celebration 25 years we stayed at the villa for a week. Combined remote work and workshops during day and trips in the afternoons. We even had some internal meetings in the in or around the pool. The TV:s had chromecast so we could stream meetings etc.
Host was very accommodating and service-minded, villa was beautitul, pool was heated and well maintained. Sea view was great and it was close to some great sea food restaurants.

Just wow! This villa is amazing. I recently stayed here with 20 girls and it really lived up to expectations. Carlo was incredibly helpful in the lead up to and throughout our stay, as a host he went above and beyond. The Villa is stunning, there is so much attention to detail and everything was very clean. The Villa is within walking distance of some beautiful bars and restaurants and you are directly on the beach front. Avola itself is unspoilt, quaint and typically Italian. Exactly what we were after. We had a few hours in Noto which was a 15 min drive away and that was beautiful. I would definitely recommend this villa and Carlo and his team.

This is the most amazing villa, beautifully maintained with incredible attention to detail. Right on the beach and within walking distance of some lovely bars and cafes, the location could not be better. Carlo was very communicative and helpful throughout and nothing was too much trouble. The pool is huge, the rooms are very comfortable and the town of Avola is an lovely, authentic place. You feel very special staying here.

Vakkert hus med alt man trenger! Vi var en gjeng på 16 personer, og det var veldig fint å ha stor plass med forskjellige soner og nydelig utsikt. Kan anbefale stedet på det sterkeste. Veldig fint med egen parkering

Nous avons réalisé un séminaire d’entreprise dans cette magnifique villa. Nous étions 13 personnes pour la totalité de la villa. Tout était très confortable, la maison est absolument magnifique moderne, récente, propre, bien dessiné. et très bien équipée ! Nous avons eu beaucoup de conseils de la part des propriétaires. L’entretien de la piscine est parfait ainsi que de tous les espaces extérieurs et intérieurs. le quartier est calme et paisible.
Je recommande !

Just wow! San Carlo was the most incredible villa.
I recently visited with 20 girls and from start to finish Carlo and his team were super helpful and went above and beyond. Carlo has been so helpful with organising the trip way before my arrival, gave me lots of good tips and contacts.
The villa was just perfect, immaculate and very very well equipped. The whole trip was completely faultless. There has been a very high level of attention to detail throughout the whole villa, they really have thought of everything.
The location is beautiful with stunning views. Avola itself is very rustic and traditionally Italian with some beautiful restaurants. I would definitely recommend this villa and would definitely return if I had another big group.

Huset ligger fantastiskt med havet som utsikt. Poolen var varm och skön. Utrustningen i alla rum, såsom TV och bluetoothhögtalare var nya och moderna. Carlo var en mycket trevlig, hjälpsam och flexibel värd. Sällskapsytorna var stora och trevliga. Jag har inget att klaga på!

Carlos Villa is amazing. High spec apartments, excellent facilities and an incredible pool area. Carlo was very quick to respond whenever we messaged and the check in and out was seamless. We will be back for sure and other guests can be sure they’ll behaving an amazing holiday here creating life long memories. We would highly recommend
